Power Magnetronics make suspension magnet removes undesirable ferromagnetic (Fe) particles – such as iron and steel -from material flows containing relatively little Fe contamination. They are placed above a flat or trough-shaped conveyor belts carrying the material. This system captures ferromagnetic materials from the distance of 300mm/12 inches from feed material which is transported through the production process. The metal particles are drawn out of the raw material flow and held by the magnet. The results in a pure iron fraction suitable for immediate reuse(recycling).
