Power Magnetronics make Drawer Magnet is excellent equipment and product protection equipment for medium and fine ferrous contaminants in dry, free-flowing products under gravity flow. Multiple rows provide maximum contact area for product flow. As product flows in stainless steel housing, it cascades over the staggered rows of magnetic rods. Ferrous contaminants are pulled to the surface of the magnets where they move to the underside of the tube to prevent any wash-off. Drawer magnets should be cleaned periodically for the most efficient performance. To clean the magnetic tubes, release the lock assembly and open the door. Remove the grate assemblies one at a time. Remove the tramp metal by hand. Use extreme caution and wear gloves during the process.
Drawer type permanent magnets are used for the separation of iron particles from dry, granular or free-flowing products or materials. Drawer magnets are made by using stainless steel having (Round or square or rectangular) with magnetic rods mounted on a drawer. All the components are made up of Stainless Steel 304/316 material.
