Power Magnetronics make vibration motor is robust, reliable, high loadable, quiet running, and requires minimum maintenance. Vibration motor is totally enclosed, 3 phase, squirrel cage induction motors with adjustable eccentric weights mounted at both the ends of the shaft, to set up vibrations during rotation. The design of the shaft and the selection of bearings have been carefully done to withstand heavy radial loads. We have developed foot and flange mounted vibration motor upto 5 H.P and it is available in 900, 1400, and 2800 RPM respectively.
Vibration motor is used in various material handling equipments, such as vibrating screens, conveyors, and feeders. They are also used on hoppers and silos to prevent coagulation of material flow. Foundry shakeouts and compacting machines use these motors for efficient operation.
